80 parts of organic silicone oil D4, 600 parts of water, 3-5 parts of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, 25 parts of penetrating agent JFC, 40 parts of flat and 0, and 20 parts of urea were successively put into the reaction kettle, and quickly stirred for emulsification. Heat up to 80 ℃, hold for 2 hours, and allow for ring opening polymerization. Then cool to room temperature and continue stirring for 5-6 hours to increase the molecular weight of the silicone resin. The average molecular weight reaches 200000 as the endpoint. Finally, neutralize with pure alkali solution to a pH value of 6.5-7.0, discharge while hot, and package to obtain the finished product. Among them, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane undergoes ring opening polymerization to form polydimethylsiloxane.

Finally, neutralize with soda ash solution to pH = 6.5~7.0, discharge while hot, and package to obtain the finished product. Among them, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane is cyclically polymerized to synthesize polydimethylsiloxane.
